A little wheel kiss…

22 Mar, 2016 - 11 years ago

For the final push to home, a mate and I decided to go for the bunch-ride KOM and sprint the final section. Cruising up around 50km/hr, all was well until it was time to turn in. A little back off from me in the front saw him kiss my rear wheel, and the rest is dust, a flying phone and only a meter to a steel barricade. Luckily, it was only skin and bar tape that took a beating, and the camera caught it all! All the action happens at about 9 seconds in...!.
