21-03-2020 Aggresive Overtake, Unesessary use of Horn Fly 6CE

Descending down Mount Dandenong Tourist Road into Montrose Victoria on 21/03/2020 at 1.04 pm when the Nissan Skyline S/W passed too close, sounding his horn for about 20 seconds before and after he passed. Further down the road as I caught up to him he was weaving left to right in the lane and then put his right and then left blinker on. Rego obtained, driver to be interviewed by police.
