8 Feb, 2019 - 7 years ago - on M Street Northeast The M St. bike lane is regularly blocked by construction vehicles, Metro vehicles, and people waiting to pick up people from the NoMa Metro Station. A bollard or some other lane hardening would help keep it clear and prevent people on bikes from having to ride into traffic to get around.
