A Dangerous And Impatient Ute Driver

Driver passed close to me at speed in a 90K zone (min passing distance in a zone above 60K in NSW is 1.5m) then started braking so as to turn-in to a driveway about 100m up the road. Couldn't wait 20 sec behind me to make the turn.
