Almost a head-on due to bad pass on blind curve

While climbing a hairpin curve (signed as 10 mph speed) I heard a car coming fast from behind and saw another car coming downhill. Fortunate that the downhill driver was going slowly enough and had room to pull off the road to avoid a head-on crash. This road had been closed to cars for weeks due to the pandemic. The return of bad drivers to the scenic route is maddening.
