Bicycle street? Really?

This street from Bastille to Porte de Charenton is supposed to be a VÉLO RUE 🚴‍♂️ — bikes have priority, cars only tolerated (residents/deliveries).
Yet… every time I take it: 🚗🚗🚗🤦‍♂️

Today, one guy dodging another bike came straight head-on into me 😤
At least he stopped… but seriously:
💡 Bicycle street = respect the rules
🙏 Think of cyclists too!

Paris peut mieux faire… 🇫🇷✨.
