Black Mustang GT on Close Pass

Out cycling with young son.  Both of us riding in a clearly market bike lane with street markings and posted signage.  We come to a stop for a left-hand turn.  Most traffic keeps appropriate distance.  Black Mustang GT comes close.  Footage shows him clearly crossing the bike lane line.
