Blockhead but worse

1IAN238 is already way over the stop line and blocking half of the bike lane. They looks my direction and then proceeds forward to completely block the lane. The road is wet and I slam on the brakes, both wheels are locked and sliding.
I stop with 2m to spare - this time.
