BMW close pass on bikelane head-on

going west uphill on Page St bike lane right before the Webster intersection, this assertive sporty BMW driver comes down (eastbound)on Page on the left lane, goes through the Intersection nonstop, and passes me on head-on on my right side (right of the bike lane, through empty parking spots) at about 2" touch-distance. I was going uphill with a load, so really slow which helped with survival...

The block on Page between Webster and Buchanan is blocked off for eastbound vehicle traffic to avoid freeway access and the resulting jams
