Clear for ambo then close pass

Far too many vehicles (and bins!) being parked in the bike lane. I moved into the bike lane, nearly hitting the bins, to keep clearance for the ambulance. Then only metres further along, I stayed in the main running lane instead of weaving in and out of the bike lane, and a learner driver passed very close.
