Riding toward a traffic circle, just as I shoulder checked so I could move into the centre of the lane for my entry in to the circle, the car behind decided that they needed to pass me even though I was traveling roughly 40 km/hr and we were coming up to a point that slowing down is needed. She obviously didn't realize how fast we were going because right as she came along-side/in front of me, she had to brake so that she could "safely" make the entrance to the traffic circle. There was no need to pass here and doing so was extremely dangerous.
