Close pass and cutting corners

Big 4WD conducting a close pass due to oncoming traffic to then turn right, why wait 5 seconds. A car behind then cuts the corner onto the wrong side instead of slowing down to take the corner properly, looks like the black ute behind does the same..but not as bad so that's OK.......
