Close Pass, Assault and then a “brake check”

Deliberate close pass at a location that has already seen the death of one cyclist followed by the driver using his car to assault the cyclist after he politely advised the driver he passed too close. This was followed by another swerve towards the cyclist and finally a "brake check". Driver questioned by police and denied the events, then alleged the video had been edited to remove where the cyclist had deliberately banged on the roof of his car as he passed. The judge didn't agree and found him guilty of assault, driving without due care and leaving the scene of a crash without providing his details.
