Senior Constable Geyeregger left VM with event number for incident.

05/12/2017 Returned call but Senior Constable Geyeregger was already off shift. Requested call back.

15/12/2017 18:05 Called Riverstone Police Station (02) 9838 2199 twice. Call rang out and disconnected before anyone answered.

Called again 10 minutes later. Number busy.

Called again 18:27 Number rang out and disconnected again.

19/12/2017 9:04 Called Riversone Police Station. Senior Constable Geyeregger was not available. Requested update and was told that the information provided was insufficient and that no further action would be taken.

20/12/2017 16:08 Senior Constable Geyeregger called and explained that the video and photos with measurements were provided to the Highway Policy Unit. They were impressed with the effort in obtaining the measurements. Video and photos were examined and the video was deemed to be inadmissible as the camera was rearward facing and “did not capture the offence.” i.e., the video does not show the vehicle passing the cyclist as it goes out of frame.
