Close Pass on southbound Weld County Rd 7

I was riding south on (Weld) County Rd 7, towards Erie Parkway, taking the lane (as there's not much shoulder on this particular road). A beige Toyota vehicle passed me without giving me the legally-required 3-feet of clearance. The very next vehicle WAS able to pass me safely, as seen in the video.
