Close Pass With a Horn Blast Then a Chase Down

I had to move out of the bike lane due to road works. I indicated in front of a white Toyota Ute AJW034 who decided to just use his horn and drive straight past me.
The driver then followed me in the side streets and caught up with me two minutes later. After close following for a few seconds, he speeds up to overtake and then cuts me off. Once I yell out that he's on camera he takes off.
