Close Pass with Intent to Harass/Harm/Maim/Kill

Commuting on North Tejon Street in Denver Colorado. On the 3300 block heading northbound, this Subaru driver with Texas license plate #FXH-7113 decided it was necessary to perform this very dangerous close pass to exert his car dominance on me. There was plenty of room to safely pass me. I eventually caught up to him at the next red light.
