Cut Off At Roundabout 1IQ1TE

A 2007 Silver Holden Sedan 1IQ1TE cuts me off at the start of the roundabout almost hitting my leg, then stops afterwards and pokes his head out the window, I guess to argue why I yelled out at him. He soon takes off though when I ask him to smile for the camera. Note that all other vehicles give plenty of space or don't try to overtake when it's not safe to do so.
