CY37LB Driver – Help ! My steering wheel is broken ! I have to make an illegal close pass

I am driver myself, I always obey the law and pass other vehicles safely, but why can't these drivers just drive carefully and obey the road rules like everybody else? No wonder everybody hates drivers. They give us all a bad name!.
