Deliberate Close Pass

I was riding south along South Pine, passing Q-Pro concrete when a red dual cab (2013 NISSAN NAVARA DUAL CAB) proceeded to pass close without any attempt to provide safe room. I have HD video from front and rear camera’s that clearly show this pass was within the 1M minimum safe passing distance required by law and further shows that the driver made no attempt to provide the gap required to make a safe pass. The front / forward video also shows that other motorist managed to provide ample space whilst passing safely.
