Driver intentionally trying to door cyclists and then swerving into them 4 times

Incident occurred at 9:30 am, 11th June, 2022 on Beaconsfield Parade, Middle Park.

We first witnessed a parked car ahead intentionally try to "door" cyclists several times, and he did the same to us as we passed. The driver was laughing about it. The driver then chased us in his car and intentionally swerved at cyclists he passed at least 4 times. We have multiple videos from 3 different bikes.
