Driver running a stop sign

This driver ran the stop sign and passed right in front of me in the bike lane. Note that the bike lane does not have a stop sign. At this same intersection on 09/09/25 a Prius pulled in front of me. If it werent for me screaming at the top of my lungs, they would have caused an accident. Drivers running stop signs is a common occurance in San Luis Obispo, CA. I reported this to the Police.
