Drivers behaving badly at a busy intersection

Two drivers can't wait to cross an intersection so cross onto the wrong side of the road only metres from an intersection, which would've cleaned up any cyclist turning left. One of them runs an amber light. Another driver parks across a pedestrian crossing forcing a blind person with an assistance dog to have to move around them.
