This shows that Lancashire drivers are unconcerned about committing road traffic offences- in this case, illegal crossing of unbroken white line- in the presence of Lancashire Constabulary officers because everybody knows that they're just not interested. I have enough examples of the police ignoring this offence at this location, so I haven't reported it. Time on the video is GMT.
