Failure to Give Way

I was approaching a mini roundabout positioning to the centre of the road with my right arm out clearly indicating my intention to turn right. The driver of an oncoming vehicle seemed to slow down but then continued across the junction completely failing to gibe way as required. I had to pass behind and shouted at the driver who was obviously annoyed by my reaction. He stopped briefly in the junction before driving on. Yet another example of entitled driver who thinks cyclist’s safety isn’t important. Submitted to the local police who apparently are not taking any action.
