Crossing on a pedestrian crossing at the end of the Majura Parkway where it meets Fairbairn Ave. Car stopped for the first 2 riders to cross and then failed to stop for the rider behind. The car had Victorian plates so may not have realized that bicycles have right of way on pedestrian crossings in Australian Capital Territory and are not required to dismount. Giving him the benefit of the doubt.
