7 Jul, 2022 - 4 years ago - on Garstang Road Very alarming close pass by Enviro Systems Mercedes Vito and tall trailer. You can see from the rear nearside wheel arch that he's used to hitting things, and doesn't care if he hits a cyclist instead. Furthermore, the trailer is numbered NJ54 TAV which corresponds to a SORN-ed Nissan with MOT expired May 22. This tractor/ trailer number discrepancy is very common in Lancashire because there's a zero chance of any action being taken by the police. The Vito MOT expired in October 22, and there's a very high probability that it's still running around now in March 23, because there's a zero chance of any action being taken by Lancashire Constabulary over that very common offence. Having no MOT has been decriminalised in Lancashire now. Time on the video is GMT. No response whatsoever from the police to the report of this incident.
