Dangerous illegal crossing of the unbroken white line at speed while overtaking a cyclist on the uphill approach to a blind humped bridge followed by a left hand bend. The Mercedes driver swerved right in front of me to avoid a collision with oncoming Audi JC07 THC on the bridge summit. Lancashire Constabulary invariably ignores such incidents and will not respond to this report. Time on the video is GMT.
