Hit by pickup truck nearing a red light

I was slowing down as I approached a red light. This truck was doing the same, but instead of keeping his line, the video clearly shows him veering to the right closer to me. Driver made zero attempt to go around safely. He hit me on his right rear quarter panel, and the fall broke my clavicle.
