Honked and tried to push me off the road

I was riding at 35 km/hr, this Acura (CRPL 117) was speeding and passing cars on the right, just before coming close to me from behind, he honked and passed me which almost made me hit the curb. Classic traffic on lakeshore, did multiple reports to Peel police, but nothing happens.
