Every day this occurs because cars can't wait (and they are not going anywhere, it's a dead end). They force themselves between a bike and the speed reducing traffic obstacle, the only thing the cyclist can do is hit the brakes.. every day. this video is funny on how many close overtakes and the number of unconstrained dogs.
