IGNORANT UBER Driver & Passenger

Ignorant UBER driver stops in middle of bike lane on Marine Parade, St kilda and passenger gets out. Passenger said he saw me coming in the bike lane and STILL opened the car door to get out. I asked him why he opened the door to get out when he saw me.... seriously.
