Impatient Brisbane City Council driver

I was cycling on Sherwood Rd towards the Brisbane Markets when the BCC vehicle overtook me in a dangerous manner. The rail overpass is narrow so I normally take the entire lane on this very short stretch of road so as to discourage impatient drivers from behaving foolishly around me. There wasn't much traffic and I was doing as I described when the driver overtook me leaving very much less than the mandatory one metre of clearance.
