Kids on Escooters Throwing Rocks at Cyclists

3 of the 5 kids on illegal escooters threw rocks at me. 1 Hit my shoulder and badly bruised it and 2 hit my bike. It has been reported that they were doing it to many cyclist over a 3 day period.
