MGIF narrowing road and indicated right turn

Was using mirror to see traffic behind. Once vehicle passed I then indicted my turn, as seen in footage, with following vehicle continuing on and close passing due to narrowed road from center divide. Following this they then braked very heavily causing their tires to squeal as if to turn around, but ended up continuing their journey.
