MGIF then cuts corner into other rider

So I pass this car way back. Then when he catches up he overtakes, after I have indicated my right turn, to only turn right themself. Cuts the corner, can hear the tyres stuggling with the speed, to then be driver on the wrong side with a rider there. All for 10 seconds less on their trip. Happens all the time on this corner. This one is being sent to Civilian and Defence police, not that I expect to hear anything back...as usual.
