Mirror, signal, manouvre next time please! Driver retraining course attended and passed

I uploaded the footage from this incident to the UK Metropolitan Police's online traffic incidents website (https://www.met.police.uk/ro/report/rti/rti-a/report-a-road-traffic-incident/). The driver was made to take a "driver retraining course" at their own expense. Hopefully, this course will prevent this kind of careless and dangerous manoeuvre in the future.
