The relentlessly increasing close-passing offence where drivers, encouraged by the Lancashire Constabulary refusal to recognise the existence of any offence of close-passing, when confronted by traffic in the oncoming lane just overtake the cyclist anyway. Time on the video is GMT. These offences are always ignored by the police, who don't respond at all, so I haven't reported this one as the speed is low.
