While riding southbound along Atlantic Ave. on 28Aug2022 a driver traveling north made a u-turn and begun following a father and daughter cycling in the painted bike lane. The driver disregarded the lane markings and continued to follow these cyclists very closely for a few blocks until the driver went around the cyclists beeping, stopped abruptly, then sped away.
