Pedestrians on shared paths must be aware of their surroundings. This woman had her music so loud that she could not hear me call out “on your left” multiple times with increasing volume. She had to pull out her ear bud before she heard a word I said. I get it. There are no cars, and you just want to be in your own world listening to your music…, but there are hazards. Be safe.
