Near Miss On Roundabout

While riding my bicycle I was almost hit by a vehicle that failed to give way on a roundabout. I indicated that I was turning left as I approached the roundabout and noticed that there was a car approaching the roundabout on my right. When I was on the roundabout I realised that the vehicle approaching me from my right had not slowed down so I immediately applied my brakes and tried to turn to the left to avoid a collision. I watched as the vehicle did not slow down and went over the central traffic island of the roundabout and drove straight through the roundabout. As the vehicle was driving away the driver put their arm out the drivers side window and gave me the finger.
