Near miss – Perth Airport Boud Av

I pulled out to overtake an illegally parked Toyota Camry travelling west along Boud Av. Perth Airport. Driver approaching from rear passed extremely close to avoid potential collision with vehicle approaching from the east, leaving me nowhere to go.
Incident reported and footage passed to police. No feedback received but after some difficulty was advised driver was sent an "education leter".
