Nearly hit by a BMW X7 Reg TR51 RED overtake in a Residental Road

Cycling along Cleveland Road, parked cars on the right, only one lane avaiilble, a white BMW X7 travelling behind me in the same direction, forces it way past me, nearly knocking me off my bike.
