Routine offence at this blind bridge: illegal crossing of single and double unbroken white lines and speeding very close to the alarmed cyclist. These days I cycle further right in hope I will have time to move left when the scum driver veers into me because of the sudden but predictable arrival of oncoming traffic- at the speed of this nutter, the cyclist has little chance. Usual complete absence of response from Lancashire Constabulary. GPS time on the video is GMT.
