Isuzu Grafter lorry carrying 5 portable toilets came past very close at speed, staying in the left lane throughout, and the right lane can be seen to be full of traffic. This was pretty frightening, but is typical of Lancashire where the rather unpleasant anti-cyclist police encourage the behaviour by refusing to act against it. They will ignore the report. As is not uncommonly the case, the following driver of Kia Sportage PN61 PYG just copies the vehicle in front and also remains completely in the left lane throughout. Time on the video is GMT.
