Speeding at 50-60mph in this 30 limit past a school is routine, but this is the first I have posted because speeding is not really a function of upRide. Not a close pass, but disconcerting because of the speed. No point reporting this to the police because they won't do anything, so I haven't. It's interesting to note the deliberate deception of placing the numberplate screw to make the D look like a B- that's very common round here.
