2 Jul, 2022 - 4 years ago - on Confederate Avenue This is the second of 2 close calls within a mile of each other. On Cartersville Hwy coming into downtown Dallas GA. The car didn't move over at all and I could almost feel the mirror pass my arm. This was while I was entering a 2 lane median-divided roadway. The speed limit drops just before this area from 45 down to 25.
