Sideswipe Attempted Twice Within 10 min

First a black Chrysler 4WD QRK777, cuts into my lane turning from a street on my left. Then less than 10 minutes later a white Mitsubishi 4WD 1EX6ZI, does exactly the same thing.
Both drivers looked shocked when I yelled at them and then stayed well back behind me.
