So close couldn’t steer away from rear wheels of remondis garbage truck

Moved over to allow cars to pass at lights, I signalled to re-enter lane and driver chose to ignore my signal. He came so close i was unable to steer away from his rear wheels. From now on I occupy a lane at all times for my safety.
