Something wrong with the other lane ?

Sunday morning ride, I take primary as coming up to roundabout and my lane disappears. Ute pulls out of service lane and despite a completely free right hand lane in which to safely pass he chooses to swing into the lane I'm in. Felt deliberate rather than just bad driving,
NB: Correct time stamp is on rear view.
